Short Bio

Dr. June Clarke is a graduate of Western Hospitality Institute (WHI), Hocking Technical College (HTC), Florida International University (FIU), NOVA Southeastern University (NOVA), George Washington University (GWU), and Oklahoma State University (OSU).

Dr. Clarke is a certified hospitality educator (CHE) with over 13 years of collegiate level teaching. She has been employed at DSU since 2012 as an assistant professor. She previously worked at Western Hospitality Institute, Hocking College, and Montego Bay Community College.

June brings over 15 years of extensive experience working in the hospitality and tourism industry. She served as executive chef, foodservice manager, and trainer as well as motivational speaker. Dr. Clarke has been featured in the media in Jamaica based on her academic achievements.
